The City of St. John’s required a retrofit fall protection system on their reservoir tank to enable access from a fixed ladder on the side of a tank to be able to inspect the concrete tank roof periodically, as well as facilitate any future maintenance.
We designed a ladder climbing system, access vertical lifeline and FP anchor at the center of the tank roof to allow inspectors to safely traverse from ground to tank topside and complete their work.
