This rooftop fall protection system required connecting to high-rib steel decking without welding or fastening to the structure below, and was to be constructed with limited water-tight penetrations through the roof deck.
We designed a system using horizontal and vertical lifelines, as well as single-point anchors, to provide a travel restraint system that would be safe for users without introducing large fall arrest loads into the roof deck.
