This design-build renovation / extension project involved full structural engineering services, including design of concrete foundations and steel superstructure, construction drawings and specifications, inspections at construction milestones as well as final structural certification upon completion.
We supplied, fabricated and installed the structural steel, stairs and rails, and miscellaneous metals through our affiliate Steelfab Industries Ltd.
