This car dealership was slated to be built overlapping the footprint of an existing commercial building. Substantial demolition work was completed on the west portion of the existing; however, a unique requirement of this project was portions of the existing foundations and structures were required to be reinforced and reused.
We provided structural design and drawings for reinforcing the existing concrete and wood members as well as new steel members, and performed inspections and certification after final construction.
